Three companies have filed paperwork with the city of Beavercreek identifying four potential sites of medical marijuana storefront dispensaries in the city.

State officials have said four companies applied for licenses to sell medical marijuana in Greene County when the state’s medical cannabis program becomes operational next year. Greene, Madison and Fayette counties combined will only get one dispensary location.

The state has not released the proposed addresses. This news outlet used Ohio public records law to obtain from Beavercreek the zoning forms required by applicants for their application. The forms simply state that the address they want to use has no prohibition against use as a medical marijuana dispensary. One company filed zoning paperwork for two different addresses.

Beavercreek’s zoning records note that any company that gets a license from the state would still have to go through a formal zoning process and prove that it won’t have a negative impact on the surrounding neighborhood.

1. Midwest Integrated Natural Therapies LLC: 3400 Seajay Drive, Beavercreek Ohio

2. Ohio Craft Cultivators LLC: 3435 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek Ohio
