The Montgomery County Common Pleas jury began deliberations about noon and returned its verdicts just after 9:30 p.m., according to the bailiff.
According to testimony and evidence presented at trial, Howard was identified as the person who fired shots from a vehicle he was in toward people who were in another vehicle. Bullets struck one of the victims in his back, and
Hall was fatally struck by one of the rounds.
The jury returned guilty verdicts on all charges, which included two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of felonious assault with intent to cause serious physical harm and two counts of discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premises.
All of the counts include three‐year firearm specifications. In addition, the murder and felonious assault counts also carry five‐year firearm specifications because the shots were fired from a moving vehicle.
Sentencing is set for Jan. 29.

Closing arguments are scheduled this morning in the trial surrounding the shooting death of Darius Hall, who was killed almost a year ago.
Jamichael Howard, 26, faces murder, felonious assault and weapons charges.
Howard’s trial has gone nearly a week in front of Judge Dennis Adkins.
Howard is accused in the shooting death of Hall, 24, of Dayton, on North Upland Avenue in January 2018.
