William Shepherd, 90, an Eastern Ohio man who was the subject of a statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert, has been located and is safe, according to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
A statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 90-year-old man last seen Monday afternoon.
William Shepherd is described as a white man, 5-feet 10-inches tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, according to a media release from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
Shepherd was last seen wearing a tan-colored baseball cap, blue jean overalls, and a red long-sleeved shirt, officials said.
He is believed to be in his 2014 silver Honda Pilot SUV with Ohio license plate GDJ7271.
Shepherd was last seen around noon Monday at a relative’s home in Hillsboro, Ohio, located about 60 miles east of Cincinnati. He left the relative’s home to return to his home in Waverly, Ohio, about 40 miles east of Hillsboro, but has not arrived.
Officials said Shepherd was in Franklin County around 7:30 p.m. Monday and in Van Wert County Tuesday morning.
