This discussion is an extension of the National Association of Black Journalists Male Media Project: an initiative to paint a complete and positive picture of the lives of black men in media and society, with nationwide workshops that began June 10, according to the NABJ website.
GDABJ wishes to extend the discussion after the forum by sharing information and resources with attendees, according to the release.
