Man indicted on murder charges in 2017 shooting; Bond set at $1M

A 35-year-old man has been indicted on murder charges in a shooting in November 2017 that followed an argument, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

FIRST REPORT: Police ID man arrested in connection to Dayton homicide case

Lance Irvin was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday on two counts of murder, felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence.

He is accused of causing the death of 21-year-old Jesse Samuel Redavide, who was shot on South Horton Street in Dayton on Nov. 14, 2017.

Irvin was arrested the day of the shooting and remains booked in the Montgomery County Jail with bond set at $1 million, according to jail records.
