Model Group’s work is well-known in Cincinnati, where the firm played a lead role in transforming Over-the-Rhine from a ramshackle, crime-ridden neighborhood into a premier entertainment district and one of the region’s hottest places to live and play.

McCormack Baron Salazar has achieved national prominence as a leader in for-profit redevelopment of urban neighborhoods. The firm has developed 195 projects in 46 cities, resulting in 21,290 housing units and 1.2 million square feet of commercial space. Development costs have been about $3.9 billion.
