A grand jury on Monday indicted Kelly K. Cox, 58, on aggravated possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs.
On Nov. 29, Cox sold deputies the meth in a controlled buy in Eaton, according to the sheriffâs office.
Deputies stopped her vehicle after the purchase, and said Cox was trying to hide additional drugs. Approximately 1.8 ounces of suspected meth was recovered, according to the sheriffâs office, which reported the drugs had a street value of about $3,500.
Cox is being held in the Preble County Jail as she awaits her next court date.
