SURVELLIANCE: Mother carries kids out of burning duplex, says those responsible will get caught

UPDATE @5 a.m.: A woman said she ran outside wither her kids when her husband yelled there was a fire and to get out.

Amanda Staring said she couldn’t see anything inside the house as she ran with her children, ages 5 and 8, because it was filled with smoke. When she got outside, she saw it was engulfed in flames.

Fire crews said the fire is suspicious, and Starling said she was told an investigator took gas cans for evidence.

“Someone intentionally did this, and whoever did this is going to get caught for what they did,” Staring said. “People don’t even care if you have kids in the house.”

No one was injured.
