Pickup truck bangs into Dayton business, leaves hole in the wall


Police and fire crews dispatched on a report of a vehicle into a structure found an empty black pickup had punched a hole into the wall of a business at Webster and North Keowee streets in Dayton. 

The driver apparently ran off from the scene, at the side of ServiceMaster Absolute Restoration and Cleaning.

The owner said the damage was done to a part of the business where the garage is located. 

The incident was reported just after 8 p.m.
