An officer who responded to the area spotted a man matching this description — identified as Lewis P. Pullon — who was carrying multiple plastic CVS bags containing electronics, the report stated.

Pullon then began to have a fake seizure and complained about stomach pain. As a precaution, he was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. At the hospital, he threw gauze with his blood on it at an officer and admitted to a doctor that he faked his seizure, according to police.

However, staff pulled a shard of glass from a scratch on his back, which police said this matches the glass from CVS. The shard was taken as evidence along with Pullon’s clothing.
