Celina police said the Mullins family was apparently working on a puzzle when suddenly, and without provocation, Mullins brutally attacked his wife.

Police say Mullins allegedly assaulted his wife with closed fists and, once she was on the ground, kicked her until she was no longer conscious.

Mullins is described as standing 5 feet 5 and weighing 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He also is known to shave his head, which is covered in tattoos. He has had weapons in the past, and police believe he may be carrying two firearms. He has a criminal history of violence and is currently on parole from prison.

Charges have been filed against Mullins for domestic violence, and if you see him you are asked not to approach him and to contact law enforcement immediately.

The vehicle Mullins is reportedly driving is a white, 1995 GMC Suburban with Ohio license plates GLL 4201. The license plates do not belong to him, police said.

Anyone who spots Mullins is urged to call Celina police at 419-586-2345.
