Snowstorm cancels flights between Chicago, Dayton International Airport

UPDATE @ 7:05 p.m.

All but two flights between Chicago and Dayton today were canceled.

However, both flights scheduled to land later tonight at the Dayton International Airport are delayed.

United Airlines flight 3865 was scheduled to arrive at 8 p.m., and American Airlines flight 5498 was scheduled to arrive at 8:23 p.m., according to the airport's online flight tracker.

Dozens of flights between Chicago and Dayton were canceled amid a winter snowstorm that was expected to dump up to a foot of snow in the Windy City.

Flights scheduled for today to and from Chicago have been canceled at Dayton International Airport. One flight canceled Thursday evening was scheduled to arrive in Dayton.

Several flights to and from Detroit also are canceled Friday, according to the airport's online flight tracker.

Dozens of flights between Chicago and the John Glenn International Airport and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport also are canceled.
