Two of the injured have been taken to Miami Valley Hospital. A third person has been taken to Miami Valley Hospital North from the accident reported just after 4 p.m.

All of the injuries are said to be non-life threatening, authorities are telling us.
From the preliminary investigation, a pickup truck appears to have gone left of center and hit an SUV. A third vehicle, a sedan, slammed into the other two.
U.S. 40 is closed in both directions at Twin Lakes Circle until further notice.
