Tour de Donut bicycle race, Rock the Bike festival this weekend in Troy

The sweetest ride in Ohio, the Tour de Donut Bicycle Challenge, comes to Troy, Ohio this weekend.

Riders from more than 30 states will begin to ascend on Troy on Friday, which is the start of the Rock the Bike Music Festival that continues through the day and evening on Saturday. Great entertainment, kid's activities, farmers market, sidewalk sales, food trucks and great locally owned restaurants, along with beer and wine, make this a new and wonderful annual event.

The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday after a welcome from Troy Mayor Michael Beamish, Congressman Warren Davidson representing Ohio's 8th District, and the national anthem by the Troy High School Band under the direction of Kathy McIntosh.

Then look to the sky for Troy’s WACO Flyover representing their annual fly-in of vintage WACO biplanes also taking place this weekend.

Rock the Bike Music Festival is free and open to the public.
