Ryan Rider, of Elsmere, Ky., suffered only a minor injury, but Shelby County Sheriff John Lenhart said “I’m guessing his pride was probably wounded pretty good.”
Rider was treated at Wilson HealthCare in Sidney but was not cited.
There was no damage to the jail building.
