Her resignation came 11 days after she was put on indefinite paid administrative leave “pending the outcome of an investigation,” according to school records.
The same day Dixon was put on leave, Xenia police launched an investigation into a sexual assault complaint involving a 17-year-old Xenia student.
Dixon, 31, has not been named as a suspect by police, and she has not been charged with any crime.
Police have met with the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office and continue to investigate the sex assault allegation, according to Xenia police Capt. Alonzo Wilson.
