‘M1CH SUX’ and other #@%*! denied for Ohio license plates this year

Whether you love or loathe President Donald Trump, some want their adulation or anger stamped on personalized license plates.

Georgia has banned several variations of the word “covfefe” from appearing on vanity license plates after the president strung together the seven letters in a May 31 tweet. But the word with no apparent meaning has briskly made its way to Arizona plates and now apparently on a vehicle’s in Ohio.

A Reddit user posted a photo a few days ago of a Subaru spotted with an Ohio COVFEFE vanity plate.

But the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles has denied at least two requests this year for plates poking the current president: 45 SUCKS and WTF TRMP.

During the first half of 2017, the Ohio BMV nixed 189 requests for vanity plates. Many were denied for a referencing a four-letter word included in the previous example.

Many of the denied requests ended in “AF,” a Twitter and texting abbreviation not to be confused with Air Force.

Below are a few of the tamer examples that didn’t pass muster for one reason or another, including an obvious dig at that state up north:
