CareFlight responds to 2-vehicle crash outside of Seven Mile

Butler County Sheriff’s deputies along with a CareFlight medical helicopter are responding to a two-vehicle crash north of Seven Mile.

The crash was reported at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday at U.S. 127 and Ohio 73 in Wayne Twp., and at least one person was suffered a head injury, according to dispatchers.
