A "domestic issue" has resulted in the shooting death of a popular Macon pastor and the arrest of his girlfriend, The Telegraph of Macon reported.
Brandon Parker, of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Macon, was found dead outside what is listed as the address of his girlfriend, Tracia Yvonne Hubbard, according to the report.
"It's a domestic issue that just escalated," Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, who knew the slain pastor, told The Telegraph. "It started at a downtown restaurant."
Jones was to step in for Parker on Saturday and accept a proclamation in honor of the slain man’s grandfather.
