Mills Development and Hills Properties are building the 312-unit Allure apartments on Loop Road in Centerville on the site of the former Showcase Cinema.
Stainless steel appliances and wood grain flooring will accent the private or dual private suite floor plans at Allure. A two-story fitness center with cyber café, resident retreat and conference space is paired with an outdoor bark park, saltwater pool and bocce court.
