Duncan was convicted of the 1979 shooting death of Roberta Peters in Licking County. 3 / 9 Don Lincicome, 91: Admitted to prison in 2011, Lincicome is serving a 10 year sentence for five counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition in Wayne County. 4 / 9 John Paxton, 91: Paxton is serving a 13-year sentence for involuntary manslaughter in Summit County. Paxton killed his 79-year-old wife and then shot himself in the chin but survived. 5 / 9 David Tilley, 91: Tilley is serving 15 years to life for murdering his wife in Athens County. 6 / 9 Romulus Nedea, 90: Nedea is serving 65 years for assaulting a child under 16, sodomy and child stealing in Lucas County n 1972. He got an additional sentence attempted escape and wounding an officer shortly after arriving. He was paroled in 1986 but returned to prison when he was arrested for indecent exposure, court records show. 7 / 9 Albert Moore, 89: Moore was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a series of felony sex offenses dating back to 1984. Moore, of Mason, knew all his victims and they were younger than 13. 8 / 9 Roy Miller, 88: Miller entered prison in 2008 after being convicted of two counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition in Medina County. He is serving a 12-year sentence. His victim was a relative under the age of five. 9 / 9 Michael Socha, 88: A former Cleveland City Councilman, Socha was convicted of the April 1999 murder of Edward Edwards, his former brother-in-law. Socha, who claimed self-defense, dumped the body in a metro park.
