32-year-old Lebanon man killed in 3-vehicle crash on I-71 in Clinton County

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving three vehicles that occurred on northbound I-71 Saturday morning, killing a 32-year-old Lebanon man.

According to a press release, a preliminary investigation revealed a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Ryan Noe was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes. The Silverado struck a 2008 Dodge Ram pulling a camper head-on. The camper detached from the Ram and continued northbound.

Noe was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clinton County Coroner’s Office.

The Ram, driven by 18-year-old Todd St. Onge of Lockport, New York, was then struck by a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, driven by Mariah Bickford, 18, of Westerville.

St. Onge and his passenger Allison Clark, 17, also  of Lockport were suffered injuries that were not life-threatening and were taken to a hospital for treatment. Bickford was treated and released at the scene.

Alcohol and or drugs are suspected to be a factor, according to the highway patrol.
