Montgomery County Democratic Party headquarters at 131 S. Wilkinson Street in downtown Dayton is being sold to Sinclair Foundation. Sinclair Community College may eventuallly raze it. Democrats have had their headquarters there since 1949 when they constructed the building. LYNN HULSEY/STAFF
