This latest addition to the menu is just one of the ways the coffee shop is trying to provide more options for its vegan customers. The move comes one month after Ghostlight unveiled new vegan breakfast sandwiches.

The shop has offered vegan baked goods, but these waffles are particularly special because they're made from scratch by Ghostlight. And the best part? They're only $2.95, so they're perfect for a quick and easy breakfast on-the-go.
If you have some extra time, you can opt to toast it right there at Ghostlight! The shop warns that when you toast your waffle, the sugars will caramelize and make the outside hot to the touch. They recommend the use of tongs when grabbing your toasted waffle, and to flip it over so it can get toasty on both sides.
