Classic Pork Carnitas -- Slow roasted pulled pork stuffed in a hard corn taco shell topped with corn salsa, served with Mexican rice and stewed black beans.
🌮 Tuesday, Nov. 20
Asian Ahi Tuna Taco -- Grilled ahi tuna folded into soft corn tortillas topped with peanut slaw and served with sticky rice.

Braised Beef Tacos -- Slow cooked beef tossed in classic enchilada sauce and stuffed into hard shell corn tortillas topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and guacamole, served with roasted nacho cheese potatoes, and black bean & corn salsa.

Pollo Verde Tacos -- Pulled chicken tossed in tomatillo salsa topped with quesa fresco, spinach and red onion served with cilantro rice and refried beans.
