Cincinnati Reds top prospect heads to DL

Nick Senzel has been placed on the seven-day disabled list by the Louisville Bats because of a bout with vertigo.

The Cincinnati Reds’ No. 1 prospect and among the top 10 in all of baseball, Senzel last played May 3 when he was removed from a game in Norfolk, Va., with what was reported as dizziness.

He also sat out the end of last season at Double-A Pensacola with vertigo.

He is hitting .271 with three homers, seven RBIs and three steals in 22 games at Triple-A this season.
