Dayton offers scholarship to 2019 center from Pennsylvania

It’s one of a number of offers by Dayton this week


Olanrewaju Olamuyiwa, a 6-foot-10 center originally from Nigeria, announced a scholarship offer from the Dayton Flyers on Thursday. He’s a class of 2019 recruit.

Olamuyiwa played at McDowell High School in Erie, Pa., last season. According to YourErie.com, he will transfer to St. Patrick’s High School in Elizabeth, N.J., for his senior year. He told PittsburghSportsNow.com last October he had been in the United States for two years.

Olamuyiwa also offers from Florida International, Howard, Kent State and others.
