Kennard, who has been the most consistent player for a highly talented Duke team that has endured some ups and downs since starting the season with sky-high expectations, is also among 10 finalists for the Jerry West Award, which goes to the nation's top shooting guard, and the Wooden award, another national player of the year honor.

Kennard and the Blue Devils beat Florida State 75-70 last night and have a rematch with North Carolina on tap for Saturday night.
