Mardi Gras falls right in the middle of those scheduled sailings on Feb. 25.
Disney Wonder will be the workhorse for the cruise line with three Puerto Rico sailings, two Hawaii sailings and several Baja California sailings from San Diego on tap through early May.
The other three ships in the fleet will sail normal Bahamas and Caribbean options from Port Canaveral and PortMiami.
The two Hawaii sailings, which are the first for the line since September 2015 will be a nine-night trip from Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 29 and a 10-night voyage from Hawaii back to Vancouver on May 8. Disney Wonder will then begin its summer season of Alaska sailings.
Before heading west, Wonder will also sail the Southern Caribbean from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Two seven-night voyages are set for Jan. 19 and Jan. 26 as well as a five-night Bahamas cruise.
The ship then will do its New Orleans duties, and then head to San Diego to start seven sailings from San Diego.
In Florida, Disney Magic will sail three-, four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas as well as five-night Western Caribbean itineraries from Miami.
Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy will continue to sail from Port Canaveral. Fantasy will feature seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean trips as well as one six-night and one eight-night sailing while Dream will continue the short three- and -four night Bahamas cruises. All three ships sailing from Florida make stops at Disney’s private Bahamas island Castaway Cay.
This is the first time in years the cruise line hasn’t based all four ships in Florida in the first part of the year. Either Disney Wonder or Magic has joined Dream and Fantasy for Port Canaveral sailings.
