WPAFB Thursday Weather: Blustery start, snow returns for the afternoon

A cold morning with temperatures in the 20s and wind chills in the teens, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs.

Clouds will thicken quickly as a cold front approaches from the northwest. This front will bring snow showers in the afternoon. Snow totals expected between a coating to a half inch, mainly on grassy and elevated surface.

It will be a blustery and chilly day. Winds may gust as high as 30 mph. Temperature will rise to a high in the upper 30s. Skies will decrease through night and cold with lows in the upper teens.
